ROGERS, Laural - Putnam

An 88-year-old Montgomery County farmer, Laural Rogers, passed away this morning at a Gosport Nursing Home. He never married and farmed all his life until retirement about 15 years ago. A 90-year-old brother in Georgia, Dan, survives as does Mrs. Iva Kaufman of Martinsville, a sister.  Several cousins live in the Roachdale area. Funeral services will be at the Perkins Funeral Home in Roachdale. Further arrangements are incomplete. – kbz
